Steampunk Lee & Natasha
Steampunk and rock music met Indian cuisine for a wonderfully alternative wedding day.
With the colours of copper and gold featuring throughout, their steampunk style invites incorporated a bespoke designed clockwork heart containing the couples name, Victorian style typography and just a hint of teal. The invites gave guests a great insight into what the big day was to hold and it did not disappoint.
Kraken table centres featuing peacock feathers were adorned with gold and copper cogs, the wedding cake featured a basque layer, iced pocket watch plus Mr and Mrs day of the dead toppers, bird cages were filled with cream and gold floral arrangements and bouquets were decorated with buttons, keys, padlocks and badges, all making for a wonderfully alternative day.
The theme was continued through their 'on the day stationery' which included table names as the couples favourite rock bands, folded place name cards, signage for their sweet table, guest book and postbox, plus a seating plan, all of which carried the same typographic design in gold and copper with an old paper effect, all working seamlessly with the brides home-made decor.
